Decentralized advertising token project, Spectiv, has purchased LiveTourLAB’s assets and all of its associated technology and intellectual property . LiveTourLAB has developed protocols to embed interactive images and 2D video within virtual reality and 360 environments. This utility has immediate application for advertising within 360-video spaces, and in creating immersive decision-based 360 experiences. Spectiv will integrate this tech with its VR streaming platform to support large-scale VR advertising in 2018-2019.
LiveTourLAB founders Joakim Holmer and Anders Larsson strongly support Spectiv’s vision and are confident that the Spectiv team will take LiveTourLAB’s tech to market in a major way. LiveTourLAB sold its assets and technology to Spectiv for USD $25k and 0.15% of Signal Token supply (taken from management team token allocation).
Both LiveTourLAB founders hold advisory seats for several other major VR ICO projects. Their sale to Spectiv reflects the confidence they have that the Spectiv team will succeed within the space; “We believe that Spectiv is truly on track to becoming the world leading platform for cinematic VR and we are excited about the opportunity to support [the] journey.”
